Prices for BuckleSafe!TM are valid until March 31st 2009. We have taken every care to describe and show BuckleSafe!TM as accurately as possible and reserve the right to incorporate improvements to the product at our discretion.

BuckleSafe!TM is a trading name of Ian Berg Plastics Limited (IBPL), registered in England and Wales, company number 2043838. Our registered office is Avro Way, Bowerhill, Melksham, Wiltshire, SN12 6TP.  BuckleSafe!TM total liability for any claim however arising shall not exceed the prices of goods supplied by BuckleSafe!TM to the customer. BuckleSafe!TM shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss, whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. BuckleSafe!TM cannot accept liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated in our literature. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.

PLACING AN ORDER

How do I order from BuckleSafe!TM?
There are two ways of ordering: 

  • from this secure site
  • by telephone between 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 12.00pm on Fridays by 01225 791625.

Can I order by telephone?
Yes, you can. Our order line is open from 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 12.30pm on Fridays. Please call us on 01225 791625.

Can I place an order from outside the UK?
Yes, you can place an order from anywhere in the world. 

Who do I contact if I have a query with my order or any of the products you offer?
You can either email us on enquiries@bucklesafe.co.uk  or you can phone us on 01225 791625 between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 12.30pm on Fridays.

How will I know that you've received my order?
Your order will be confirmed on screen immediately and you will also receive an order confirmation email from us. Please note that if you have ordered by phone and haven't provided an email address you won't receive an email. 

How do I cancel an order?
We aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible and therefore if the item has already been despatched cancelling an order may not be possible. However, in the first instance you should telephone us on 01225 791625 to see whether your order has been despatched. Lines are open between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Thursday and until 12.30pm on Friday,  or you can email us on sales@bucklesafe.co.uk 


DELIVERY

What are your P&P charges?
Standard delivery is £2.95.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver worldwide.

What about the delivery charge if I am purchasing more than one item?
There is no additional cost  if you order two items.

When will my goods arrive?
Subject to availability, we will despatch your order within 24 hours but please allow 2 – 5 days for standard delivery. 

Can I have my goods sent to a different delivery address?
Yes, without a problem.  We will always need your billing address as well but when you proceed to checkout you will be given the option to have your order delivered to an alternative address. If you are ordering by phone or e-mail, please be sure to include both your home address, and the delivery address, if different. 

What information will the delivery note include on it?
We will include the product code, product title and quantity ordered on your delivery note. Please keep it safely as we will need the delivery note for any returns. 


SECURITY AND PAYMENT METHODS

Is it safe to buy online at BuckleSafe!TM?
Yes, it is. We realise that some customers may be concerned about buying on-line, so BuckleSafe!TM uses the most advanced software available to encrypt your credit/debit card details (SSL - Secure Sockets Layer). The details you enter are coded, making it unreadable to anyone but ourselves. You will notice the padlock on the bottom right of your screen appear when you enter our secure area. 

What methods of payment are available?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta/Connect and Switch payments. Alternatively, if you order by telephone you can also pay by cheque - cheques are payable to IBPL Limited. Please write your cheque guarantee card number, guaranteed amount and expiry date on the back of your cheque. Please note that your cheque will need to clear before we are able to despatch your goods - we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

What information do we gather, and why?
The personally identifiable information we gather from you when an order is placed with BuckleSafe!TM will only be used to help us serve you. It will be used to process your orders and personalise any communication with you. If you send us an email, we will retain the content of your email and your email address to respond to your message and handle any follow up and we ask for your email address to confirm your order.  You are able to withhold all personal information that is not required to complete the order transaction. We do not collect any sensitive personal information in line with the Data Protection Act 1998. Personal information will only be held for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected. We only allow authorised personnel access to personal information you provide. 

What information do we share?
Information about our customers is an important part of our business. BuckleSafe!TM does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others, but we may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy third parties. 

We work with other companies to perform functions on our behalf and may require to share the personal information we learn from you with other parties in the following situations: 

Agents: Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering your order, sending postal mail and e-mails, processing credit card payments and providing customer services. Such companies will have access to personal information needed to perform these functions and only have access to information required for that purpose and may not use it for any other purpose. 

Promotional Offers: Other companies sometimes ask us to market their products and/or services on our site and we sometimes send these offers to our customers on behalf of these other businesses. When we do this, we do not give that business your name and address.

RETURNS

What is your returns policy?
BuckleSafe!TM prides itself on its service and we are therefore pleased to offer a no quibbles return policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it for a refund within 10 days of delivery, providing it has not been used & damaged and is in its original packaging. Please follow the process below:

  • Telephone our customer services line on 01225 791625 - open Monday-Thursday between 9.00am and 5.00pm and on Fridays between 9.00am and 12.30pm
  • You will be issued with a Returns Number and the returns address 
  • Place the item in its original packaging, making sure to include the delivery note and clearly re-address the parcel 
  • We advise that you return things to us using a recorded delivery for your own protection, as we are unable to take responsibility for any items lost in transit 

If the goods arrive damaged we will refund any costs incurred in returning the items. Where goods returned are not faulty we will only be able to refund the cost of the individual item. Please also note that we can only refund to the card used to purchase the goods originally. 

What should I do if the goods arrive damaged?
If any part of your order arrives damaged, you should notify us within 48 hours so that we can take this up with the carrier. You will then have the standard 14 days to make the return - please follow the procedure detailed above.
